“\u015eirket y\u00f6netim kurulu taraf\u0131ndan, T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu uyar\u0131nca belirlenen esaslar ile Kamu G\u00f6zetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetimi Standartlar\u0131 Kurumu (KGK) d\u00fczenlemelerine uygun olarak, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite’nin tavsiyesi do\u011frultusunda; 1- 6102 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 say\u0131l\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu uyar\u0131nca, belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 hesap d\u00f6nemindeki finansal raporlar\u0131n denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131ndaki di\u011fer faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek, 2- Kamu G\u00f6zetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartlar\u0131 Kurumu (KGK) taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmi\u015f T\u00fcrkiye S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Raporlama Standartlar\u0131 (TSRS)’na uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanacak, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131na ait s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik raporunun g\u00fcvence denetimini yapmak ve ilgili d\u00fczenlemeler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yer alan di\u011fer faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere, PKF Aday Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim A.\u015e.’nin \u015eirketimizin Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim kurulu\u015fu olarak se\u00e7ilmesi oy \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile kabul edilmi\u015f olup 16.06.2026 tarih ve 11602 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde tescil ve ilan edilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
