Bakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, C\u00f6nger hakk\u0131nda \u201cr\u00fc\u015fvet alma\u201d su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda K\u0131r\u0131kkale 1. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan 8 Haziran 2026 tarihli karar do\u011frultusunda 5 y\u0131l 2 ay 15 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verildi\u011fi ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yasa\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde adli kontrol tedbiri uygulanmas\u0131na h\u00fckmedildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 127\u2019nci maddesi ile 5393 say\u0131l\u0131 Belediye Kanunu\u2019nun 47\u2019nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca C\u00f6nger\u2019in \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca ge\u00e7ici bir tedbir olarak g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

Bakanl\u0131k, karar\u0131n kamuoyuna sayg\u0131yla duyuruldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n
