D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en uzun \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nehri olan Yangtze\u2019de artan y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 hedefleyen proje kapsam\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u00e7 su yolu gemi havuzunun in\u015fa edilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7in Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ding Xuexiang, bug\u00fcn \u00c7in\u2019in orta kesimindeki Hubei eyaletine ba\u011fl\u0131 Yichang kentinde d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6renle \u00dc\u00e7 Bo\u011faz yeni su yolu projesinin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131 77,2 milyar yuan (yakla\u015f\u0131k 11,3 milyar dolar) olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanan proje kapsam\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck su koruma projesi olarak bilinen \u00dc\u00e7 Bo\u011faz Baraj\u0131\u2019ndaki mevcut gemi havuzunun kuzeyine be\u015f kademeli ve \u00e7ift hatl\u0131 yeni bir gemi havuzu in\u015fa edilecek. Ayr\u0131ca baraj\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kesiminde yer alan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir barajdaki seyr\u00fcsefer tesisleri de yenilenecek.<\/p>\n
Projenin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u00dc\u00e7 Bo\u011faz b\u00f6lgesindeki y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fck ge\u00e7i\u015f kapasitesinin neredeyse iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak 336 milyon tona ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n
S\u00f6z konusu proje, \u00c7in\u2019in 2026-2030 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan 15. Be\u015f Y\u0131ll\u0131k Plan d\u00f6neminde in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flanan ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck proje oldu. Bu d\u00f6nem, \u00c7in\u2019in 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar sosyalist modernle\u015fmeyi temel olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme hedefi do\u011frultusunda kritik bir a\u015fama olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
