Sybiha, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Rus g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin Ukrayna’n\u0131n n\u00fckleer tesislerini riske atmas\u0131 ilk kez ya\u015fanm\u0131yor. Rusya’n\u0131n n\u00fckleer \u015fantaj\u0131 ve n\u00fckleer g\u00fcvenli\u011fe y\u00f6nelik tehditleri sistematik, kas\u0131tl\u0131 ve kabul edilemezdir” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
