Eski\u015fehir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ay\u015fe \u00dcnl\u00fcce, S\u00fcp\u00fcren Mahallesi’ndeki ekim alanlar\u0131nda incelemelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ekim ay\u0131nda Kars’tan temin edilen Kav\u0131lca Bu\u011fday\u0131 tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n S\u00fcp\u00fcren ve Yusuflar mahallelerindeki belediye arazilerinde toplam 70 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alanda toprakla bulu\u015fturuldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcll\u00fcoba kaz\u0131lar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan tarihi ekmek kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131ndan hareketle Kav\u0131lca Bu\u011fday\u0131’n\u0131 yeniden b\u00f6lge topraklar\u0131nda yeti\u015ftirmeyi hedeflediklerini belirten \u00dcnl\u00fcce, “Bu kadim ekme\u011fin en \u00f6nemli bile\u015fenlerinden biri olan Kav\u0131lca Bu\u011fday\u0131’n\u0131n, 5 bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce bu topraklarda yeti\u015fti\u011fini fark edince, ‘Ayn\u0131 bu\u011fday\u0131 bu topraklarda yeniden yeti\u015ftirebilir miyiz?’ sorusunun pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck.” dedi.<\/p>\n

Deneme ekiminin olumlu sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fini ifade eden \u00dcnl\u00fcce, “Bug\u00fcn, o tarlalardan birinde bu\u011fdaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015fakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmenin b\u00fcy\u00fck mutlulu\u011funu ve gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Hasat edece\u011fimiz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden ay\u0131raca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tohumlarla, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l Kav\u0131lca Bu\u011fday\u0131’n\u0131 \u00e7ok daha geni\u015f alanlarda ekerek bu miras\u0131 ya\u015fatmaya devam edece\u011fiz.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Belediyeden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilinen Kav\u0131lca Bu\u011fday\u0131’n\u0131n Eski\u015fehir ko\u015fullar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lge tar\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, ilk hasattan elde edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn tohumluk olarak ayr\u0131larak gelecek \u00fcretim sezonunda daha geni\u015f alanlarda de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
