S\u00f6z konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirilmesi planlanan proje kapsam\u0131nda, mevcut \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u015firketimize ait pay\u0131n toplam b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,5 milyar TL seviyesinde olmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n lokasyonu, ula\u015f\u0131m ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131, b\u00f6lgesel geli\u015fim potansiyeli, \u00e7evresel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm dinamikleri ve orta-uzun vadeli ekonomik projeksiyonlar dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, rezidans, ticari alan ve karma kullan\u0131m odakl\u0131 proje geli\u015ftirme potansiyeliyle \u015firketimizin stratejik vizyonuna ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedeflerine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Nihai s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzalanmas\u0131na m\u00fcteakip, gerekli bilgilendirmeler ilgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kamuoyu ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
