AYM\u2019nin tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 yasal s\u00fcreci de dikkate alarak; bir taraf\u0131 \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu adil olmayan bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck alt\u0131nda ma\u011fdur etmeyen, hakkaniyete uygun yeni yasal d\u00fczenlemeyi y\u00fcce Meclisimizin takdirine sunaca\u011f\u0131z.
