Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “26\/07\/2024 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 ve 2024\/10 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fclteninde yer alan pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerine ili\u015fkin ilke karar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde verilen izne istinaden, \u015firketimizin borsada kendi paylar\u0131n\u0131n geri al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da detaylar\u0131 belirtilen \u00e7er\u00e7evede; 17.500.000 (Nominal\/tl ) tutar i\u00e7erisinde 03.06.2026 tarihinde 349.336 (Nominal\/tl ) al\u0131m i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131n\u0131n 525.000.000 TL ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve s\u00f6z konusu fonun \u015firketin \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
