”02.06.2026 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131z\u0131 takiben ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen talep toplama i\u015flemi sonucunda, Marg\u00fcn Enerji \u00dcretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e’nin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 2,91’ine tekab\u00fcl eden toplam 85.800.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli Marg\u00fcn Enerji paylar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f talep toplama y\u00f6ntemiyle, yurt i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yerle\u015fik kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, pay ba\u015f\u0131na 53,55 TL bedel \u00fczerinden toplam 4.594.590.000 TL kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
\u0130\u015flemin toptan al\u0131m sat\u0131m i\u015flemi olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla, \u00dcnl\u00fc Menkul De\u011ferler A.\u015e, 03.06.2026 tarihinde Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e’ye ba\u015fvuracakt\u0131r. BIST’in onay tarihine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, toptan sat\u0131\u015f i\u015fleminin 04.06.2026 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ve 08.06.2026 tarihinde de takas\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Paylar halihaz\u0131rda BIST’te i\u015flem g\u00f6rmeyen nitelikte olup, toptan al\u0131m sat\u0131m i\u015flem g\u00fcn\u00fc itibar\u0131yla BIST’te i\u015flem g\u00f6ren niteli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn tamamlanmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n
\u0130\u015flemin kapan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 takiben, Marg\u00fcn Enerji’deki do\u011frudan pay sahipli\u011fimiz yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 72,70 olacak ve Marg\u00fcn Enerji’nin halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 27,30’a y\u00fckselecektir. B\u00f6ylece, Esenbo\u011fa Elektrik \u00dcretim A.\u015e, Marg\u00fcn Enerji’yi, sermayesinde sahip oldu\u011fu y\u00fczde 72,70’lik pay vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kontrol etmeye devam edecektir.”<\/p>\n
