Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”Y\u00f6netim kurulunun 26.03.2025 tarihli karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Program\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte oldu\u011fu 14 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan al\u0131m i\u015flemler kapsam\u0131nda, \u015firketimiz, 26.03.2025 \u2013 26.05.2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda toplam 2.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli hisseyi ortalama 15,683 TL fiyatla Borsa \u0130stanbul’da (B\u0130ST) geri alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te geri al\u0131nan paylar i\u00e7in \u00f6denen azami bedel pay ba\u015f\u0131na 21,04 TL olmu\u015ftur. Hisse geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00f6denen toplam tutar 31.366.645 TL olup, 26.05.2026 tarihi itibariyle \u015firketimizin sahip oldu\u011fu TEZOL paylar\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,4’t\u00fcr.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
