”\u015eirketimiz ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130CG Finansal Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k A.\u015e (\u0130CG) ve Pardus Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n 02.06.2026 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu kararlar\u0131nda \u00f6zetle, makine sanayi alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren Velar Makine ve Kimya Sanayi A.\u015e’nin 1.000.000 (B grubu) ve 78.863.295 (C grubu) paylar\u0131na sahip \u0130CG ile 8.873.699 (C grubu) paylar\u0131na sahip Pardus GSYO uhdesinde bulunan t\u00fcm paylar\u0131n mevcut ortaklardan Kudret \u00c7\u00f6lge\u00e7en’e toplamda 3.500.000 dolar bedelle devredilmesine, bu kapsamda 02.06.2026 tarihli pay devir ve pay sahipleri s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalanmas\u0131na ve s\u00f6z konusu giri\u015fim sermayesi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
