Y\u00f6netimin toplumun t\u00fcm katmanlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lere dahil etmesi ve ger\u00e7ekleri payla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Peze\u015fkiyan, “Toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerinin sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne kat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in mevcut ger\u00e7ekleri insanlara a\u00e7\u0131klamal\u0131y\u0131z.” ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
