“Men\u00fcde \u015eeffafl\u0131k, Tercihte Netlik” ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yay\u0131mlanan bilgilendirmeye g\u00f6re, t\u00fcketicinin sat\u0131n alma tercihini etkileyebilecek bile\u015fenlerin a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesi zorunlu hale getirildi.<\/p>\n

Yeni d\u00fczenleme kapsam\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle birbirinin yerine kullan\u0131labilen bile\u015fenlerin, g\u0131dan\u0131n ad\u0131yla birlikte t\u00fcketicinin do\u011frudan g\u00f6rebilece\u011fi \u015fekilde sunulmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 getirildi. Bakanl\u0131k, uygulamay\u0131 somut bir \u00f6rnekle a\u00e7\u0131klayarak, yer f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00fcretilen bir baklavada sadece “f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131” ifadesinin kullan\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun yerine “yer f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131” ifadesine yer verilmesinin zorunlu oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulayan bakanl\u0131k, t\u00fcketicilerin kurallara uymayan \u015f\u00fcpheli durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 halinde, bu durumlar\u0131 “G\u00fcvenilir G\u0131da” mobil uygulamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden yetkililere bildirebilece\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n
