Rusya’n\u0131n stratejisine de\u011finen Tsahkna, “Rusya zay\u0131fl\u0131yor ve Putin’in zaman kazanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu y\u00fczden Moskova, Avrupa’y\u0131 ‘tarafs\u0131z arabulucu’ olarak g\u00f6stermek istiyor ki bu imkans\u0131z.” a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n
