Cimsa Ireland Ltd taraf\u0131ndan Mannok’un az\u0131nl\u0131k ortaklar\u0131na ait y\u00fczde 5,3 sermaye pay\u0131 20.483.288 avro bedel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve pay bedelleri tamamen ve nakden \u00f6denmek suretiyle 22.05.2026 tarihinde sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
