Ayr\u0131ca \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan 20.05.2026 tarihinde 175.000 adet BIGTK pay\u0131 211,10 TL birim fiyat \u00fczerinden sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu i\u015flemin br\u00fct tutar\u0131 36.942.500 TL’dir. Bu kapsamda, 2026 takvim y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan BIGTK paylar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinin toplam br\u00fct tutar\u0131 86.555.000 TL, 20.05.2026 tarihli i\u015flem sonras\u0131nda \u015firketimizin Big Medya Teknoloji A.\u015e sermayesindeki do\u011frudan pay miktar\u0131 4.970.277 adet olmu\u015ftur. Big Medya Teknoloji A.\u015e’nin 33.811.731,62 TL tutar\u0131ndaki \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u015firketimizin Big Medya Teknoloji A.\u015e sermayesindeki do\u011frudan pay oran\u0131 i\u015flem sonras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 14,70 seviyesine gerilemi\u015ftir.” denildi.<\/p>\n
