Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimiz paylar\u0131n\u0131n halka arz\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda elde edilen fonun kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin s\u00fcre\u00e7, izahnamede yer verilen kullan\u0131m esaslar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup, bu kapsamda halka arz gelirinden bakiye kalan 23.922.272 TL tutar\u0131ndaki fon, ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00c7okya\u015far Tel’in Adana fabrikas\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen galvaniz hatt\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00fcretim altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tel \u00e7ekme, depo ve bak\u0131m at\u00f6lyeleri binas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n finansman\u0131nda kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu harcamalar, \u00fcretim tesislerinin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, gerekli \u00fcretim ve destek sistemlerinin kurulmas\u0131 ile yat\u0131r\u0131m finansman\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olup, halka arz izahnamesinde ‘yat\u0131r\u0131m finansman\u0131 ve makine\/ekipman al\u0131mlar\u0131’ ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda belirtilen fon kullan\u0131m esaslar\u0131yla uyumludur.”<\/p>\n
