Hac\u0131 \u00d6mer Sabanc\u0131 Holding A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”20 Nisan 2026 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, Ak\u00e7ansa \u00c7imento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e’deki y\u00fczde 39,72 oran\u0131ndaki paylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak Heidelberg Materials AG taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6n al\u0131m hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve devir i\u015flemlerinin Rekabet Kurumu onay\u0131 ve di\u011fer yasal gerekliliklerin yerine getirilmesini takiben tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmi\u015fti. Rekabet Kurumunun 21.05.2026 tarihli karar\u0131yla pay devir i\u015flemine izin verildi\u011fi \u015firketimize bildirilmi\u015ftir. Devir i\u015flemleri di\u011fer yasal izin gerekliliklerinin yerine getirilmesini takiben tamamlanacak olup, konuya ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler ayr\u0131ca kamuya duyurulacakt\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
