Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Rekabet Kurulunun 4054 say\u0131l\u0131 Rekabetin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 4. maddesinin ihlal edilip edilmedi\u011finin tespitine y\u00f6nelik olarak, kanunun 46. maddesi uyar\u0131nca 12 May\u0131s 2026 tarihinde, saat 14.00’te Rekabet Kurumunun Ankara’da bulunan merkez binas\u0131nda s\u00f6zl\u00fc savunma toplant\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na 05.03.2026 tarih ve 26-08\/239-M say\u0131yla karar verildi\u011fi duyurulmu\u015ftu. Rekabet Kurulu, 20.12.2024 tarihli 24-54\/1189-M say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma neticesinde, 26-19\/584-224 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca \u015firketimiz aleyhine 30.233.908,16 TL idari para uygulam\u0131\u015f, gerek\u00e7eli karar\u0131n tebli\u011finden itibaren 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Ankara \u0130dare Mahkemelerinde yarg\u0131 yolu a\u00e7\u0131k olmak \u00fczere karar vermi\u015ftir.” denildi.<\/p>\n
