Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Y\u00f6netim kurulunun 14.04.2026 tarihli karar\u0131yla SPK’n\u0131n III-48.3 say\u0131l\u0131 Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131klar\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar Tebli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda, 600.000.000 TL ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 sermayesiyle kurulacak bir giri\u015fim sermayesi yat\u0131r\u0131m ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 10 oran\u0131nda ve 60.000.000 TL sermaye tutar\u0131yla i\u015ftirak edilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu giri\u015fim sermayesi yat\u0131r\u0131m ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kurulu\u015fu i\u00e7in SPK’ya bug\u00fcn ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
