Toplant\u0131da su t\u00fcketim kademelerinde yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile birlikte su faturalar\u0131nda ortalama y\u00fczde 15 oran\u0131nda indirim sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Karardan 100 binden fazla abonenin faydalanaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilirken, birinci ve ikinci kademe t\u00fcketim limitlerinde de de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
