Sivas Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, meteorolojik de\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re saat 18.00\u2019den itibaren ba\u015flayacak ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n gece yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar aral\u0131klarla etkili olmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flarla birlikte ani sel, su bask\u0131n\u0131, y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, yerel dolu ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kuvvetli r\u00fczgar gibi olumsuzluklar\u0131n meydana gelebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekilerek vatanda\u015flar\u0131n dikkatli ve tedbirli olmas\u0131 istendi.<\/p>\n
