1998\u2019den bu yana Deprem Erken Uyar\u0131 Sistemleri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan KRDAE, 2002\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sistemle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi bu alanda \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00fclkelerden biri haline getirdi. Sistem, sismik verileri faya yak\u0131n istasyonlardan an\u0131nda alarak, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 dalgalar hen\u00fcz ula\u015fmadan \u00f6nce uyar\u0131 \u00fcretmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
KRDAE Enstit\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Nurcan Meral \u00d6zel taraf\u0131ndan bas\u0131na tan\u0131t\u0131lan sistemde, Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki 40\u2019tan fazla istasyon ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 veri ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar, depremin konum ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 6\u20139 saniye i\u00e7inde tahmin ediyor; yeni yerle\u015ftirilecek Marmara Denizi taban\u0131ndaki cihazlarla bu s\u00fcrenin 3\u20136 saniyeye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Sistemin etkinli\u011fi, 27 Ekim 2025 Mw 6.0 S\u0131nd\u0131rg\u0131 Depremi\u2019nde kan\u0131tland\u0131; \u0130stanbul\u2019daki kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ana sars\u0131nt\u0131dan 37 saniye \u00f6nce uyar\u0131ld\u0131. Marmara Fay\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bat\u0131s\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek bir depremde ise 140 km uzakl\u0131ktaki kullan\u0131c\u0131 30 saniye, 180 km uzakl\u0131ktaki kullan\u0131c\u0131 41 saniye \u00f6nce uyar\u0131 alabilecek.<\/p>\n
Sistemde veri iletim gecikmesi, mevcut istasyonlarda ortalama 5\u20136 saniye iken, yeni kurulan 30 istasyonda yakla\u015f\u0131k 0,2 saniyeye indirildi. Bu nedenle Marmara pilot b\u00f6lge olarak se\u00e7ildi. A\u011f\u0131n modernizasyonu ve veri iletim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla, erken uyar\u0131 altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclke genelinde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Sistem, otomatik olarak tren ve metro hatlar\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flatma\/durdurma, gaz vanalar\u0131n\u0131 kapatma, alarm ve anons sistemlerini devreye sokma gibi \u00f6nlemlerle birlikte, arama-kurtarma ve tahliye s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu sayede depremden kaynakl\u0131 risklerin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
