Bakan G\u00f6kta\u015f, engelli vatanda\u015flara y\u00f6nelik sosyal politikalar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca sosyal yard\u0131m alan\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, e\u011fitimden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa, dijitalle\u015fmeden insan haklar\u0131na uzanan kapsaml\u0131 bir kalk\u0131nma ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
