Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Denetim Genelgesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara de\u011finen Y\u0131lmaz, “Kamu hizmetlerinde \u015feffafl\u0131k, hesap verebilirlik ve vatanda\u015f memnuniyetini esas alan anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor, denetim faaliyetlerinde etkinlik, koordinasyon ve dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Toplant\u0131da ele al\u0131nan teknik detaylar\u0131 payla\u015fan Y\u0131lmaz, denetim birimleri mevzuat\u0131 ve te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, insan kayna\u011f\u0131 kapasitesinin geli\u015ftirilmesi, ortak e\u011fitim ve mesleki standartlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, koordinasyon mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve ortak denetim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nerileri de\u011ferlendirdiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
