DEVA Partisi Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, Parti S\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc ve Adana Milletvekili Sadullah K\u0131sac\u0131k, T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi Genel Kurulu\u2019nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen varl\u0131k bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve vergi d\u00fczenlemesine ili\u015fkin kanun teklifine tepki g\u00f6sterdi. K\u0131sac\u0131k, d\u00fczenlemenin esnaf ve i\u015fverenlerin beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, iktidar\u0131n vergi ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) bor\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131land\u0131rma beklentisini bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Genel Kurulu\u2019nda konu\u015fan K\u0131sac\u0131k, esnaf ve i\u015fverenlerin ticaretlerini zorla\u015ft\u0131ran vergi ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu bor\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir yap\u0131land\u0131rma beklentisi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Kanun teklifindeki amme alacaklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri ele\u015ftiren K\u0131sac\u0131k, iktidar\u0131n teminats\u0131z tecil s\u00fcresini 36 aydan 72 aya, teminats\u0131z tecil miktar\u0131n\u0131 ise 50 bin liradan 1 milyon liraya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak bunun esnaf\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye yetmeyece\u011fini ifade etti. K\u0131sac\u0131k, \u201cEsnaf faiz tuza\u011f\u0131na \u00e7ekilmeye devam edecek. Bu esnaf i\u00e7in tam bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Esnaf\u0131n ekonomik zorluklarla m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini dile getiren K\u0131sac\u0131k, \u201cEsnaf ba\u011f\u0131ra ba\u011f\u0131ra bat\u0131yor ama duymuyorsunuz. D\u00fckkanlar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 birer birer s\u00f6n\u00fcyor ama g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorsunuz.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
K\u0131sac\u0131k, y\u00fcksek kiralar, elektrik faturalar\u0131, vergi y\u00fck\u00fc ve faizler nedeniyle esnaf\u0131n zor durumda oldu\u011funu belirterek, iktidar\u0131n esnaf\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 yeterli ad\u0131m atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n
