Buna g\u00f6re, \u015firket sermayesinin y\u00fczde 75,2'sine tekab\u00fcl eden paylar\u0131n devral\u0131nmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Anadolu Isuzu taraf\u0131ndan 80 milyon ABD Dolar\u0131 tutar\u0131nda baz sat\u0131\u015f bedeli \u00f6denmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olup, hisse devir s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi uyar\u0131nca pay devir bedeli, net finansal bor\u00e7taki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle ilgili s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yer alan h\u00fck\u00fcmler uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131lacak d\u00fczeltmeler sonras\u0131 kesinlik kazanacakt\u0131r.
