Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlar ifade edildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimiz b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedefleri do\u011frultusunda, poli\u00fcretan, MDI prepolimer, doymu\u015f poliester re\u00e7ine \u00fcretimi faaliyeti g\u00f6steren poli\u00fcretan sistem evi olan Kobe Poli\u00fcretan Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e’nin nominal sermayesinin 300.000 TL’den 1.500.000 TL’ye art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 plan\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak, s\u00f6z konusu \u015firketin mevcut pay sahiplerinin r\u00fc\u00e7han haklar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmak suretiyle \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan ilgili sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na i\u015ftirak edilmesine ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Kobe Poli\u00fcretan’\u0131n \u015firketimizin y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 haline getirilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda, 13.05.2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6z konusu sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na 1.200.000 adet paya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen k\u0131s\u0131m i\u00e7in 1.200.000 TL nominal sermaye bedeli ve 75.983.750 TL emisyon primi olmak \u00fczere toplamda 77.183.750 TL tutar \u00fczerinden i\u015ftirak edilmi\u015f olup, tescil ve ilan\u0131 i\u00e7in ticaret sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur.”<\/p>\n
