”G\u00fcbreta\u015f Maden Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 A.\u015e’nin faz-1 kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve faz-2 tesis yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, 07.10.2024, 11.12.2024 ve 08.04.2026 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131m\u0131zda \u00f6zetle yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n tahmini b\u00fct\u00e7esi, kapasite verileri, m\u00fchendislik i\u015fleri, in\u015faat taahh\u00fct i\u015flerine y\u00f6nelik ihale s\u00fcreci ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen tamamlanma s\u00fcreleri gibi geli\u015fmeler kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z G\u00fcbreta\u015f Maden Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 A.\u015e y\u00f6netim kurulunun 13.05.2026 tarihinde yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131s\u0131nda an\u0131lan in\u015faat taahh\u00fct i\u015flerine y\u00f6nelik faz-1 tesisi kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131, faz-2 tesisi ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 binalar yap\u0131m i\u015fleri i\u00e7in 17.11.2025 tarihinde \u015firket internet sitesinde, 19.11.2025 tarihinde ulusal bas\u0131nda ve 19.11.2025-21.11.2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda yerel bas\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan ihale ilan\u0131na istinaden al\u0131nan teklifler de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
De\u011ferlendirme neticesinde, en uygun teklifi veren teklif sahibiyle s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalamas\u0131na, s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve sat\u0131n al\u0131ma ili\u015fkin i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131labilmesi amac\u0131yla G\u00fcbreta\u015f Maden Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 A.\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yetki verilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. S\u00fcre\u00e7 hakk\u0131nda meydana gelecek yeni geli\u015fmeler olmas\u0131 halinde kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
