\u201cFark\u0131nda Olal\u0131m Birlikte Olal\u0131m\u201d slogan\u0131yla \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Sosyal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Engelli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen sempozyum, Tarihi Havagaz\u0131 Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda 12-13 May\u0131s tarihlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Etkinlikte otizm alan\u0131ndaki g\u00fcncel yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, iyi uygulamalar ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 politikalar uzman isimler taraf\u0131ndan ele al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Cemil Tugay, kentte sosyal politikalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek \u00fc\u00e7 yeni ad\u0131m\u0131 kamuoyu ile payla\u015ft\u0131. Tugay, K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Bayrak uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi de kapsayacak \u015fekilde uluslararas\u0131 standartlarda geni\u015fletilece\u011fini, Alternatif ve Destekleyici \u0130leti\u015fim Sistemi\u2019nin (AD\u0130S) yerel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte eri\u015filebilir hale getirilece\u011fini ve Ebeveyn Merkezi\u2019nin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilerek ailelere y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim programlar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u201cOrtak ak\u0131l zemini\u201d vurgusu yapan Tugay, sempozyumun yaln\u0131zca akademik bir toplant\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda aileler, uzmanlar ve yerel y\u00f6netim aras\u0131nda bir i\u015f birli\u011fi platformu oldu\u011funu belirtti. Otizmi \u201cd\u00fczeltilecek bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fil, anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir n\u00f6ro\u00e7e\u015fitlilik\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlayan Tugay, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 \u015fehir hedefinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n
D\u00fcnya genelinde otizm tan\u0131s\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Tugay, \u0130zmir\u2019de her y\u0131l do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fimsel deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyabilece\u011fini ifade ederek, yerel y\u00f6netimlerin bu alanda daha aktif rol \u00fcstlenmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
