Proje ile muhtarlar\u0131n yerel y\u00f6netimlerdeki rol\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve kamu ile vatanda\u015f aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimin daha etkin hale getirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Muhtarlara y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rlanan e\u011fitim program\u0131 ileti\u015fim tekniklerinden afet y\u00f6netimine kadar geni\u015f bir yelpazeyi kaps\u0131yor. E\u011fitimlerle muhtarlar\u0131n yerel d\u00fczeyde daha kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131, etkin ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00f6neti\u015fim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla g\u00f6rev yapmalar\u0131 destekleniyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n
