”Oba Makarnac\u0131l\u0131k Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ve Eren Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7irilen, 01.01.2025 \u2013 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde T\u00fcrkiye Muhasebe Standartlar\u0131 \/ T\u00fcrkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlar\u0131 (TMS\/TFRS) esas\u0131na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar ile Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re tutulan yasal kay\u0131tlara ili\u015fkin finansal tablolar\u0131n incelenmesi neticesinde, SPK d\u00fczenlemelerine g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolarda 2.089.346.544,56 TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131, yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re ise 812.716.669,64 TL net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 olu\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olup, SPK d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolarda net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle, 2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin olarak kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re olu\u015fan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir tutar\u0131n \u015firket finansal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi amac\u0131yla ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedekler hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netim kurulu teklifinin, 2025 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
