Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

”Y\u00f6netim kurulunun 26.03.2025 tarihli ve 2025\/03-008 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan ve 27.03.2025 tarihli genel kurulda pay sahiplerince onaylanan pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 08.05.2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla sonland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Program s\u00fcresince geri al\u0131nan toplam pay say\u0131s\u0131 4.650.000 adet, paylar\u0131n sermayeye oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,1033,\u00a0pay ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama al\u0131m bedeli 10,748 TL ve toplam geri al\u0131m maliyeti 49.980.484,95 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri \u015firketimizin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan finanse edilmi\u015ftir. Y\u00f6netim kurulumuz, piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek gerekli g\u00f6rmesi halinde ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde yeni bir geri al\u0131m program\u0131 ba\u015flatabilecektir.”<\/p>\n
