Daha \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131nan b\u00fcst\u00fcn yerine yenisi, resmi izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getirilerek parka yerle\u015ftirildi. Yeni b\u00fcst\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getirilmesi Rusya Federasyonu Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lan resmi s\u00fcre\u00e7 kapsam\u0131nda D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n onay\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getirilen b\u00fcst\u00fcn heykelt\u0131ra\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Leuan Akhmatov taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

T\u00f6ren, sayg\u0131 duru\u015funun ard\u0131ndan \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131 ve Rusya Federasyonu Milli Mar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n okunmas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara hitaben yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada Kays\u0131n Kuliyev\u2019in insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 birle\u015ftiren edebi miras\u0131na vurgu yapan Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut \u00d6zarslan, \u201cKays\u0131n Kuliyev, sadece Balkan halk\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak vicdan\u0131na seslenen bir sanat\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r. Onun dizelerinde; sava\u015f\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na, insan\u0131n direncine, dostlu\u011fun ve karde\u015fli\u011fin y\u00fcceli\u011fine dair derin izler buluruz. Kuliyev, halk\u0131n\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 evrensel bir dille anlat\u0131rken k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 dostlu\u011fun da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir temsilcisi olmu\u015ftur. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fairin edebi ki\u015fili\u011fi yaln\u0131zca eserleriyle de\u011fil, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ona duydu\u011fu derin sayg\u0131yla da \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. Kays\u0131n Kuliyev\u2019in eserleri yaln\u0131zca T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda de\u011fil, d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde de derin izler b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” dedi.<\/p>\n

Protokol konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 hediye, plaket ve madalya takdimi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Rusya Yazarlar Birli\u011fi, Kays\u0131n Kuliyev\u2019in do\u011fumunun 100. y\u0131l\u0131 an\u0131s\u0131na Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut \u00d6zarslan\u2019a Onur Madalyas\u0131 sundu.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Daha \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131nan ve resmi izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getirilerek park i\u00e7indeki yerine yerle\u015ftirilen yeni \u2018Kays\u0131n Kuliyev B\u00fcst\u00fc\u2019, kurdele kesimiyle a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
