”2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) Seri: II-14.1 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131nda Finansal Raporlamaya \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar Tebli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fince, Kamu G\u00f6zetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartlar\u0131 Kurumu (KGK) taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f TMS\/TFRS ve SPK taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen uyulmas\u0131 zorunlu formatlara uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan konsolide finansal tablolar\u0131m\u0131za ve VUK h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f mali tablolar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 mevcuttur. S\u00f6z konusu zarar hususu da dikkate al\u0131narak gerek mevzuat, gerekse esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemiz ve kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikam\u0131z \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 \u00f6nerisinin, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fcndemine konulmak suretiyle pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
