Zirvede engelli bireylerin i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen uygulamalar\u0131n aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 istihdam modellerinin tan\u0131nmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Destekli istihdam yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm engel gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulanabilirli\u011finin ortaya konulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanan programda, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 geli\u015ftiren i\u015fverenlerin iyi uygulama \u00f6rnekleri de\u011ferlendirilerek \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n
