”Sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca T\u00fcrkiye Muhasebe\/Finansal Raporlama Standartlar\u0131na uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 konsolide finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 473.482.682 TL ana ortakl\u0131\u011fa ait net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131, VUK kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ise 45.744.690 TL cari y\u0131l kar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu, sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ile kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131na uygun olarak, ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar eklenip yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra ula\u015f\u0131lan 471.195.448 TL net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem kar\u0131ndan (yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re 43.457.455 TL) 43.457.455 TL’nin ortaklara birinci temett\u00fc, 281.542.545 TL ortaklara ikinci temett\u00fc olmak \u00fczere toplam 325.000.000 TL’nin pay sahiplerine nakit temett\u00fc olarak \u00f6denmesine, \u015firketimizin pay sahiplerine \u00f6denecek nakit temett\u00fcn\u00fcn 1 TL nominal de\u011ferde bir adet paya br\u00fct 0,1697 TL, net 0,1443 TL olarak \u00f6denmesine, \u00f6deme tarihinin 1 Temmuz 2026 olarak belirlenmesine ve bu hususta y\u00f6netim kurulunun yetkilendirilmesine, t\u00fcm bu hususlar\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerimizin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
