SPK Seri: II 14.1. say\u0131l\u0131 Tebli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, T\u00fcrkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlar\u0131 ile uyumlu olarak haz\u0131rlanan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ait konsolide finansal tablolar\u0131nda 197.153.644 TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re 49.723.621 TL d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 ve 216.595.002 TL tutar\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar zarar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla VUK’a g\u00f6re tutulan yasal kay\u0131tlarda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. SPK finansal tablolar\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, bu do\u011frultuda haz\u0131rlanan 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosunun kabul edilmesine ve s\u00f6z konusu hususlar\u0131n genel kurulun onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
