Bildiriye g\u00f6re liderler, g\u00f6\u00e7 rotalar\u0131 boyunca b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsenmesi, insan ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla m\u00fccadele edilmesi, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve s\u0131n\u0131r g\u00fcvenli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda ortak hareket etme iradesini yineledi.<\/p>\n

Liderler, 2015 g\u00f6\u00e7 krizinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan dersler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda benzer bir durumun tekrar ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve koordinasyonun \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.
