Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimizin 5.000.000.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 115.123.372,35 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 734.876.627,65 TL tutar\u0131ndaki k\u0131sm\u0131 sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle 850.000.000 TL’ye art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle ihra\u00e7 edilen A, B ve C grubu paylar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 7. maddesinin tadil edilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla 19.02.2026 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK) yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ba\u015fvurumuz onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
