Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimizin pay sahiplerinden G\u00fclermak Emlak Yap\u0131 \u0130n\u015faat Yat\u0131r\u0131m A.\u015e ve G\u00fclermak Turizm \u0130\u015fletme Yat\u0131r\u0131m A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan, \u015firketimizin 20.04.2026 ve 21.04.2026 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na konu olan h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f talep toplama i\u015fleminin takas\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131na istinaden, gerekli izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na m\u00fcteakip ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanan tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na mahsup edilmek \u00fczere, \u015firketimize toplam 6.267.340.000 TL tutar\u0131nda sermaye avans\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu sermaye avans\u0131 \u00f6demesi \u015firketimiz hesaplar\u0131na intikal etmi\u015ftir. Tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin gerekli ba\u015fvurular ivedilikle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olup, konuyla ilgili geli\u015fmeler, mevzuata uygun olarak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
