S\u00f6z konusu karar, tamamen ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen finansal b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck kriterlerine (aktif toplam\u0131 ve net sat\u0131\u015f has\u0131lat\u0131) ili\u015fkin olup, halka arz s\u00fcrecinin durdurulmas\u0131 Bizzcar’\u0131n Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu kapsam\u0131na girme \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 hen\u00fcz sa\u011flamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Karar taraf\u0131m\u0131za 27.04.2026 tarihinde tebli\u011f edilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
