Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-18.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 6. maddesinde belirtilen kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 tutar\u0131n\u0131n 10.000.000.000 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesini ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinin 2026-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayacak \u015fekilde uzat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 teminen esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadiline ve SPK’dan izin al\u0131nmas\u0131na, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan da izin al\u0131narak esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadili ilk genel kurulda ortaklar\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar verilmi\u015ftir.” bilgisi verildi.<\/p>\n
