Bu kapsamda, ara\u00e7 muayene istasyonu alt i\u015fleticilik faaliyetlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla, \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 100 sermaye pay\u0131na sahip olunacak \u015fekilde 250.000 TL sermayeli ESB\u0130 Ara\u00e7 Muayene \u0130stasyonlar\u0131 A.\u015e \u00fcnvan\u0131yla yeni bir ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131k kurulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015f, ticaret sicile \u015firket kurulu\u015fu i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, \u015firketin kurulu\u015fu 27.04.2025 tarihli 11571 say\u0131l\u0131 TTSG ilan\u0131yla tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6n protokol kapsam\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri devam etmekte olup, ara\u00e7 muayene istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kurulumlar\u0131, ruhsatland\u0131rma, alt i\u015fletim \u00f6n protokol\u00fc devam\u0131nda ileri tarihte imzalanacak alt i\u015fletim s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine ili\u015fkin imza tarihi itibar\u0131yla yat\u0131r\u0131m tutarlar\u0131, i\u015f program\u0131 ve benzeri geli\u015fmeler olduk\u00e7a kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
