A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Rehberlik ve Tefti\u015f Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen denetimler kapsam\u0131nda \u015firkete y\u00f6nelik \u00e7e\u015fitli idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Buna g\u00f6re, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden kaynakl\u0131 bireysel alacaklar\u0131n \u00f6denmemesi nedeniyle 3 milyon 284 bin 946 TL idari para cezas\u0131 kesildi\u011fi, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 denetimlerinde ise \u00fccretlerin d\u00fczenli \u00f6denmemesi ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden do\u011fan alacaklara ili\u015fkin ihlaller nedeniyle 20 milyon 292 bin 142 TL ceza uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
2026 y\u0131l\u0131 incelemelerinde de i\u015f\u00e7ilere ait \u00fccret alacaklar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmedi\u011finin tespit edildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
\u015eirket yetkililerinin ise 36 milyon TL\u2019lik alaca\u011f\u0131n bug\u00fcn (24.04.2026) i\u015f\u00e7i hesaplar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n ise \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki hafta i\u00e7inde tamamen \u00f6denece\u011fini bakanl\u0131\u011fa bildirdi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bakanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, i\u015f\u00e7i alacaklar\u0131n\u0131n eksiksiz ve zaman\u0131nda \u00f6denmesi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin mevzuat\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli idari i\u015flemlerin kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vurgulanarak, y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmemesi halinde yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n uygulanmaya devam edilece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
