Tugay, \u201cBayramlar \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli, milletimize verilmi\u015f arma\u011fanlar. De\u011ferini bilmemiz laz\u0131m, anlam\u0131n\u0131 anlamam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Bayram mutluluktur, ne\u015fedir. Bizim i\u00e7in en g\u00fczel bayram, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ne\u015fesidir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Demokrasi ve ulusal egemenlik vurgusu yapan Tugay, \u201c Demokrasiye, halk\u0131n egemenli\u011fine herkesin kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekir. Ulusal egemenlik, cumhuriyet, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve hukuk devleti olma ilkeleri hayati \u00f6nemdedir.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda e\u015fitlik vurgusu da yapan Tugay, \u201cHer bir insan\u0131m\u0131z inanc\u0131yla, etnik k\u00f6keniyle, siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyle sayg\u0131ya de\u011ferdir. Bu \u00fclkenin tek sahibi bu millettir. Her biriniz bu \u00fclkenin sahibisiniz ve sahip \u00e7\u0131kma sorumlulu\u011funuz var.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

E\u015fki, \u201cD\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde bizden ba\u015fka bir millet yok ki \u00e7ocuklara bayram hediye etsin. Ne mutlu bize ki bu bayram\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za arma\u011fan eden bir lidere sahibiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Program kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinlikler d\u00fczenlenirken, g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcne balonlar b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
