Milletin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bizzat sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcn\u00fc ve egemenli\u011fin kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z millete ait oldu\u011funu ilan etti\u011fi bu kurucu iradeyi, tam 106 y\u0131l sonra bir kez daha can\u0131 y\u00fcrekten tebrik ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"719\">Cumhuriyetimizin temelinde yer alan ulusal egemenlik fikrini; adaletin, demokrasinin, toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve m\u00fc\u015fterek gelece\u011fin teminat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00e7a\u011fda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc e\u015fitsizli\u011fin ve yoksunlu\u011fun; k\u00fcresel vicdan\u0131 yaralayan a\u011f\u0131r insani felaketlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde 23 Nisan\u2019\u0131n manas\u0131 daha da derinle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"1015\">Nitekim \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 korumak, insanl\u0131k de\u011ferlerini ve medeniyet iddias\u0131n\u0131 koruma meselesidir. Hedefimiz; her \u00e7ocu\u011fun g\u00fcven i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, nitelikli e\u011fitime eri\u015fti\u011fi, kendisini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce geli\u015ftirebildi\u011fi, bilimin, sanat\u0131n ve ahlak\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gelece\u011fe y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc toplumsal zemini tesis etmektir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1272\">Mill\u00ee egemenli\u011fi ya\u015fatman\u0131n en asli yolu, \u00e7ocuklara daha adil, m\u00fcreffeh ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir vatan b\u0131rakmakt\u0131r. \u0130stiklal kahramanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n emaneti olan Cumhuriyet\u2019i, Gazi Meclisimizin tarih\u00ee sorumlulu\u011funa yara\u015f\u0131r bir kararl\u0131l\u0131kla gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131maya devam edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1551\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Milletimizin iradesine sadakatten, ba\u015fta \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hukukunu korumaktan ve g\u00fczel \u00fclkemizi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc nesillerin omuzlar\u0131nda y\u00fckseltmekten asla vazge\u00e7meyece\u011fiz.
