”\u015eirketimiz ile T\u00fcrkiye’de mukim bir firma aras\u0131nda, Yalova\/Alt\u0131nova’da bulunan tersane saham\u0131zda kurulacak olan 2.113,440 kWp kapasiteli GES i\u00e7in s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m, \u015firketimizin halka arz izahnamesinde belirtilen, faaliyetlerin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, maliyetlerin optimize edilmesi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedefleri do\u011frultusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla uyumlu niteliktedir. Proje kapsam\u0131nda, tersane sahas\u0131nda enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 hedeflenmekte olup, bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u015firketimizin operasyonel giderlerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na ve enerji maliyetlerinin daha \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir hale gelmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 beklenmektedir. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin toplam bedeli KDV hari\u00e7 697.435,20 dolar olup, \u00f6demeler s\u00f6zle\u015fme h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde taksitler halinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. GES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131yla enerji maliyetlerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, karbon ayak izinin zalt\u0131lmas\u0131, operasyonel verimlili\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmekte olup, s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u015firketimizin orta ve uzun vadeli finansal performans\u0131na olumlu katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.”<\/p>\n
