Belediye ekiplerinin kas\u0131m ay\u0131ndan bu yana s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc havadan izleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, son olarak Kar\u015f\u0131yaka a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda gemi kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirilen bir kirlilik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi. B\u00f6ylece ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde tespit edilen d\u0131\u015f kaynakl\u0131 kirlilik vakas\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 12\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Yakla\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131 ayd\u0131r kesintisiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen insans\u0131z hava arac\u0131 destekli denetimlerde elde edilen verilerde, kirlilik olaylar\u0131n\u0131n tekrarlayan bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. Yetkililer, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde art arda tespit edilen vakalar\u0131n, k\u00f6rfezdeki kirlili\u011fin s\u00fcreklilik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ortaya koydu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n

\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi yetkililerinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cMevcut denetim ve yapt\u0131r\u0131m yetkisini elinde bulunduran kurumlar\u0131n, sundu\u011fumuz kan\u0131tlara ra\u011fmen sorumlular hakk\u0131nda somut bir cezai i\u015flem uygulamamas\u0131, k\u00f6rfezi kirleten unsurlar \u00fczerinde cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k olu\u015fturmamaktad\u0131r. Aksine, cezai m\u00fceyyidelerin i\u015fletilmedi\u011fi her g\u00fcn, denizel ekosistemimiz \u00fczerinde yeni bir sald\u0131r\u0131ya zemin haz\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. \u00c7evre ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden bu t\u00fcr kirlilik eylemlerinin ola\u011fan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ya da tolere edilmesi kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Ekosistemde olu\u015fan zarar\u0131n geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclemez boyutlara ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek amac\u0131yla, gerekli t\u00fcm yasal ve idari tedbirlerin hi\u00e7bir taviz verilmeksizin, ivedilikle hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi \u015fartt\u0131r. Bu tablo kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, denetimle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc otoritelerin sessiz kalmas\u0131 ya da s\u00fcreci sadece izlemekle yetinmesi kabul edilemez. \u0130lgili t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131, kanunla kendilerine verilen yetkileri tavizsiz bir \u015fekilde kullanmaya ve \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ni bir at\u0131k sahas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ren gemi ve i\u015fletmeler hakk\u0131nda en a\u011f\u0131r yasal yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 derhal uygulamaya davet ediyoruz. Kurumumuz; \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi’ni, sahip oldu\u011fumuz denizel zenginlikleri ve kamusal ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumay\u0131 en temel \u00f6nceli\u011fi olarak g\u00f6rmekte olup, hukuki ve \u00e7evresel bu s\u00fcreci ayn\u0131 hassasiyet, ciddiyet ve kararl\u0131l\u0131kla takip etmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecektir\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
