Ak\u00e7ansa’n\u0131n di\u011fer ana orta\u011f\u0131 Heidelberg Materials AG ile \u015firketimiz aras\u0131ndaki mevcut s\u00f6zle\u015fmesel y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler uyar\u0131nca, taraflardan birinin sahip oldu\u011fu paylar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir ki\u015fiye devretmek istemesi halinde di\u011fer taraf\u0131n devredilecek paylara ili\u015fkin \u00f6n al\u0131m hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda, Heidelberg Materials AG, bor\u00e7 ve nakit d\u00fczeltmelerine tabi olmak \u00fczere toplam 1.100.000.000 ABD Dolar\u0131 \u015firket de\u011feri \u00fczerinden al\u0131nan s\u00f6z konusu ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 teklifi esas alarak \u00f6n al\u0131m hakk\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 17.04.2026 tarihinde \u015firketimize bildirmi\u015ftir. Pay devir bedeli, Sabanc\u0131 Holding’in y\u00fczde 39,72 oran\u0131ndaki paylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen tutar olacakt\u0131r. Devir i\u015flemleri, Rekabet Kurumu onay\u0131 ve di\u011fer yasal gerekliliklerin yerine getirilmesini takiben tamamlanacakt\u0131r. Pay devir i\u015fleminin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, \u015firketimizin Ak\u00e7ansa’da herhangi bir hissesi kalmayacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
